Email Filtering

visp.net's SPAM filters include:
- Real-time blackhole lists (server-wide)
- Throttling excessive invalid recipient addresses (server-wide)
- Whitelists and blacklists (user-configurable)
- Greylisting (user-configurable)
- Message content filtering (user-configurable sensitivity and action)
Please note that if your messages are being caught as spam by our filters due to a user-configurable setting (greylisting, blacklists, or filter settings), we will not be able to assist you with bypassing these filters. The subscriber will need to modify/maintain their filters directly.
If you have received a "SPAM" error message from our mail filter servers, please see our SMTP Error Messages document to determine the cause.
