IP Ranges

From visp.net NOC

visp.net utilizes several different IP ranges for different purposes and locations. These ranges are generally not necessary unless implementing whitelisting or packet filtering/firewalling rules.

Inbound Email Servers

Email services hosted by visp.net will generally be accepting inbound email to the following mail exchanger hosts:

smtp-in-1.userservices.net (priority 10)
smtp-in-2.userservices.net (priority 20)
smtp-in-3.userservices.net (priority 30)

These mail exchanger hosts are load balanced and direct mail to numerous servers behind the load balancers. These hosts will not relay mail for domains not under our control. Attempting to use them as mail relays will cause less-than-desirable results.

Outbound Email Servers

Email sent from domains hosted by visp.net will generally originate from the following hosts:

204.16.46.4
204.16.46.5
204.16.46.6
204.16.46.7

Additionally, domains with some services hosted by visp.net may be handling mail on their own servers. Information regarding these special-case scenarios will need to be obtained directly from the individual domain administrator.
